You really don’t realize how much your need a travel agent, until a crisis arises. While vacationing in Jamaica I received a phone call notifying me of a family emergency. After the initial shock wore off, I called Jackie and told her about my situation. She told me to start preparing to depart the resort and said she would call me back shortly. I heard back from her in ½ an hour and she let me know that the resort had a shuttle back to the airport leaving in 40 minutes and to be prepared to take it. She had managed to change all four our tickets back to Philadelphia for an afternoon flight and had even reserved a car service to pick us up knowing that my family would be occupied. I was grateful to have everything taken care of, especially in my distraught emotional state. I will never plan a vacation without the assistance of Jackie. I know from start to finish I can count on her expertise to guide me through the process and be there for all me. Thank you, Jackie, you are the best!
